OUR CONSULTANCY SERVICES
This firm provides Architectural, Building and Civil Engineering designs and Management services at all stages of Architectural and Engineering projects: using Computer Aided Design and Draughting (CADD) programmes.
This section deals with the design of buildings, soft and hard Landscaping and the production of working and detail drawings and also the production of as built drawings. We also act as project managers on construction projects and also as interior designers and decorators.
This section deals with the construction of buildings, renovation work and the restoration of buildings to its original.
Carrying out site studies, investigation reports, preparation of preliminary reports, preparation of preliminary outline proposal specifications, preparation of production.

ENERGY: MINIMIZE NONRENEWABLE ENERGY CONSUMPTION
We deploy the use of energy modeling computer systems at the early stage of our designs to enhance building orientation and massing, natural ventilation, day lighting and other passive strategies to lower a buildings energy demand while increasing the quality of the interior environment and comfort of the users.
ENHANCE INDOOR ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY
In our designs, we enhance the indoor environmental quality through close coordination of architecture, interior design, and mecganical, electrical and plumbing design strategies that limit sources of contamination before they enter the building.
